The digital key has not been viewed, redeemed, or activated.
The product delivered is defective or invalid.

Once a key has been revealed or redeemed.
Issues related to compatibility with your system/platform.
Violations of publisher/platform terms of service.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
